The combination of 7 ingredients found in this supplement I’ve found difficult to find all together in other supplements. I’ve been able to combine several into just one with this one. So far, it seems to be doing what it’s intended to do. I stopped taking my other supplements to test this one out and am getting the same results. It also has 150 tablets per bottle and you only take 1/day, unlike many other supplements that require you to take two to get a full dose and only come with 60. The pills aren’t big but for some reason can be a little tough to swallow. I think this may have been because one broke open and coated all the others. Because of this, the contents added a taste to these, but it wasn’t bad.
