Having fractured my left ankle on both sides and also fracturing my femur on the same leg, I currently can’t get to the bathroom. The commode has literally been a life saver. Easy to put together and is small and neat and surprisingly sturdy. Would recommend this product.

Very happy with this purchase for my husband who was very immobile when he came out of hospital. The chair is very sturdy and full weight can be put onto the arms to help getting on and off the chair. Great that it can be adapted to different heights making it suitable for everyone. Very easy to empty and clean.Some people have said they struggled with the assembly, I had no problem at all.I did have a small issue with the chair, I contacted the supplier and they could not have been more helpful. This company deserves 5 stars just for their customer service.....superb.I have no doubts about recommending this chair, great product at a value for money price.

Ideal for portable commode. Requires no tools to assemble. Pay attention to sequence of installing the various pieces to assure proper alignment for seat and back.

Bought for an elderly relative with mobility issues. Sturdy design but back bar is a bit too low and seat is a bit flimsy and uncomfortable. Apart from that it was very easy to put together and easy to clean.

I've never seen such a simple assemble as the packed parts. Everything made sense immediately and eent together with ease no force required. And I've put together many a flat pack do I do know my onions. It's strong , clean and excellently designed and manufactured. It's also incredibly secure anti tip and yet very light which simply means it's a high end product. The bucket part can be disposed cleaned easily. Im very happy and so is my old pops. I think also the price is really good . Highly recommended.

This commode is supposed to take a maximum of 300lbs = 21st (stones) and the person using the commode was 230lbs = 16.5 stones yet the front bar spring clips would slip out of their mountings and turn 90 degrees downwards, causing the frame where the bowl sits and the seat to slip down. This resulted in pinching the skin on the back of the person’s thighs causing painful bruising. The physiotherapist saw this in action and condemned it straightaway as dangerous. A much lighter person - and it would need to be a very much lighter person may not have this problem, however, we think there is a serious design flaw in this product with regard to positioning of the spring clips on the front bar.

This was helpful, after breaking my ankle in two places and at night being stuck downstairs sleeping in a recliner because I couldn’t use the stairs for 6 months, and wanting the loo in the night I could get to it without having to ask anyone for help as it could be placed near my chair. I’m not the smallest of gals, but it was sturdy and you can adjust the height.The arm rests made getting up from it easy when you can’t bend your leg due to plaster cast etc.Easy to clean and lid that closes everything away!It’s now in the loft safe, ready for use when old age or mobility catches up with us!
