Full time of badly drawn diagrams, this book’s title is misleading as there is little to nothing about how to improve your minds strength or handle stress.A section on peacekeeping actions and two on battle tactics may be interesting to those wanting to know this stuff, but how does that improve your strength of mind?In my opinion, unless you’re already in the military, I can’t find anything in this poorly written and laid out book that would interest anyone else

very disappointing. I bought this book wanting to build my mental resilience, but instead just got a very basic description of special forces training. I learnt more in the army cadets.
