Perfect Item!
I just love these. They fit well onto both my regular chicken coop and the bars of the dog-crate/cage that I used to house broody hens. As well as the two plastic 'hooks' they also have a small attachment on the back which slots onto a a cage wire to hold the cup more firmly in place and stop it being jostled by hens. I use mine for providing grit, oystershell and snacks to my chickens. (I have tiny serama hens so my only wish might have been for these cups to be a little bit smaller, but the seramas can still reach in if I attach them to the very bottom of their coop.) They help keep the coop clear of the lots of little pots I was using on the ground before I got these. I received 12 cups in the pack, since some reviewers were reporting they had only received one.

what to wacth out for
they are very good. I got them for my chickens to put it in theIir coop on rainey days. they only thing is that they dont realy move that well. I had to buy more wood because the wood on it was too thick. they are a bit smaller then i imaged but overall they did the job for this cold winter days

Easy to clean single server
I have a fox proof outside run which the chickens stay in until after they have layed. As I took in my friends 3 chickens there was the usual pecking order carry on. I placed these hanging off the run mesh and it stopped a lot of the bullying. I have rigid weldmesh so the cups held firmly. If you just have chicken wire you may have to wire on. They wash easily and can be sterilized if the chickens pick up bugs. Mine freerange in my two acre garden plus they go in the field if they feel like it ,so I am expecting one of them to get something soon. It would be easy to feed one chicken extra calcium or medicine in her own bowl while distracting the others with a treat in their bowl too. They are just snack size so they are perfect when you want your chicken to eat all of something

Excellent cage clip on back!
I am so pleased with these!I bought them for the dog crate we isolate poorly hens in.Theyâre plastic which means I can add apple cider vinegar to the drinking water without them corroding. The best thing is the âclipâ on the back which means my hens canât just knock them off. Itâs a little thing but if youâve ever had to keep a chicken indoors youâll appreciate it too!

Ok for the money but nothing special
Ok for the price, its just a simply bit of plastic, a bit disappointing for the price and it feels like really cheap plastic, compared to my old one this is not very good at all, but is serves a function and you cant say it does not. Annoying that you cannot pick your colour though which should be a basic ideaUsed for gravel for chickens as frankly it would be no good for anything else
