Ripped at the seam after first use
After using this product one time to juice celery, I noticed a large rip at the seam. This is very disappointing as I was excited to use these daily. I’ve used other products from this brand with no issues so I was surprised.Update: I reached out to the seller and they quickly sent me another one. This replacement has had no issues.

Made well, works well
I got these for loose tea and herbs, and they work great. They're big enough to steep well without having to immerse the whole bag, which can lead to particles escaping into the brew. I like that these are sewn well, you just cinch them closed, and you can tie the pulls to keep the tea/herbs securely inside. They're thick enough to keep finely ground herbs inside, but meshy enough to allow liquid to pass through. The pulls are generous enough in length that they don't fall into the cup or pan, and you can even clip them to the side of the receptacle while steeping. I got these instead of my usual muslin drawstring tea bags, and it was a good choice. These will last longer and this means less refuse in the environment. Organic and reusable multiple times is a great combination.

High quality construction and attention to detail.
I was surprised as well as delighted at the quality and attention to detail inherent in the construction of these bags. I’d been meaning to make my own for quite a long time and just never got around to it. These are so so nice, I ordered a second set and forgot all about the idea of making my own. These are just great. I expect to get years and years of use out of these. They come in four sizes I believe, and while this set includes all four they’re also available in other size combinations which are priced accordingly. I like that. So if you’re not in need of say the largest or the smallest sizes you can purchase just the ones you need.I’m a seamstress and am quite choosey about the way items are constructed. I’m confident that if you try these, you won’t be disappointed.

Great for other things, terrible for coffee
Most of the reviews are about non-coffee items. If you are trying to make cold brew, then look elsewhere. The mesh is not fine enough and so much ground up coffee fills the water. So much that the filter to further strain the coffee is clogged and nothing goes through.Great for anything that isn't as fine as ground coffee. Unless you can custom grind your coffee with really coarse grind, I would avoid it unless you want your coffee to be full of grind/sludge.

great for hot coffee too!!
wow I use this to make a single serving of hot coffee in my 20oz travel mug and it's absolutely perfect! it fits exactly inside, like a sock. I put the ground coffee in and fill with hot water, cover and wait a few minutes.then pull out the cloth bag and squeeze like a teabag all the drips into the cup and it's just perfect. easy to rinse out and travel with also! very tasty and inexpensive. seems to be holding up well, have used it so far about every day for 3-4 months ! the second bag I use if I want to make a second cup for a guest :)

great eco/organic substitute
These bags are great for brewing large quantities of tea-- I use it for kombucha. I ordered the Large size, and it is HUGE. I don't need all of the space, but figure it's ok because I would rather have too much room than too small of a bag. It cinches at the top and would possibly leak tea leaves into a boiling pot of water, but because it's so large, I can tie it off at the top of the pot and the bottom of the bag is still well-submersed.

Too nice and convenient, no problems
These bags work great for everything I've done with them. I got the four size combo and they perfectly fit pints, quarts, half and gallon canning jars. Easy to clean, easy to dry, easy to use and the lanyard keeps the bags from falling in with lots of contents and heavy pouring.

Good as an Infusers
The media could not be loaded. I'm so happy I received my Simple Ecology Reusable Organic Cotton Muslin Fine Mesh Straining bags. I got them in different sizes. They're great to be used as infusers as well. I love the organic texture. As soon as I received them, I put in one of them bay leaves, mint, lemon, ginger, flax seeds, aloe, cloves, tumeric, ginseng and cinamon sticks. Good as a cleanser, anti-inflamatory, skin issues, anti-bacterial properties, inmune booster, energy booster and lot more. I drink this twice a day, 2 days a week.

Amazing!
I like the fact its reusable and organic cotton, I use it for boiling herbs and it works great and super easy to clean. So much better than disposable straining bags which are full of chemicals! Very happy with these as they will last me for a long time.

Great durable material
Really nice product. Arrived as described. Love how it's organic material. Have used it. Easy to hand wash and dry. Perfect for making my own nut milks.

Good bags, but...
Bought these nut bags to help with the making of canna butter. First bag ripped right along the seam when wringing the contents to extract the butter. Second bag worked very well though. Easy to wash, came clean in the machine after being stained with chlorophyll and butter. These are good bags. I suspect I just got unlucky with the one bag. I'd still recommend these - probably this doesn't happen very often. I like that the draw string around the top is stitched to itself so it can't come out to be lost.

Excellent!
Was worried it would break under pressure of being squeezed after reading another review but have infused many things and wring them all out with no trouble! Washed up by hand as well as the washing machine with no issues. Excellent for making chaga tea or infusing with the instant pot.

Great for tea!
So far I have just used the smallest bag for tea, but I love it! Well made and I dont have little bits of my tea floating around. Plan to use the bigger ones to make yogurt and cheese.
