Chain issue
This is replacement cycle still the chain is a problem my son is unable to reverse in case if required. Immediately the chain come out as it seems the chain wheel is defective. Already earlier I had to return the cycle since parts were missing and now this problem. Expecting supplier or Amazon to help in this case since cycle is really good

Please don't buy this product I want to rate zero .no refund and replacment done.
Very bad product too much of damages and chain kit does not match with chain . After 1 round wheel is getting stucked and peddle is not moving. Even mechanic cannot resolve . My humble request not to buy and encourage this kind of fraud Products.
