I purchased this because I recently had brain surgery and needed to keep cold compression on the site. I love having the ears out and it feels a little weighted. Once I put this on the pain immediately subsides. I'm naturally hot so for it to stay cool as long as it does is a plus for me as far as coolness. It does have stretch to it but again since the surgery I am bald so it's very easy to slide over my head. Run and go buy you one.

I did not know it was a Gel Mask when I bought it. I was just looking for a mask that would keep my eyes closed at night without falling off like traditional eye masks. When I first got it and saw it was Gel, I was disappointed. However, on hot nights, it is a godsend. Just pop it in the fridge for a bit (not sure if you can put it in the freezer) and it cools you down so well. My only issue, and why it's a 4-star, is the ear holes are much too small for me, so they create a rather painful "rugburn" like feeling on my ears. The same occurs at the top of my nose. Other than that, it's great. You just slip it on and voila.

This is amazing for tension headaches and migraines.It has saved me many times! Cold doesn’t last that long but works.

I have used migraine caps for years and this one by far is the most comfortable. I love the ear cut outs! I 100% recommend this over all the other ones.

This mask isn’t only good for migraines!!! Hungover? Throw it on!! Injury? Throw it on!!! The cold lasts a lot longer than medical recommendations of 15 minutes.
