These parallel bars are easy to assemble and a lot more sturdy than anticipated. The kids absolutely love it. One of the knobs broke while adjusting the height of the bars. I contacted the company by email seeking a replacement knob. Within minutes, I was contacted to confirm the exact part and two extra knobs were delivered to me within a week. Iâm happy with the quality of this product and with the warranty process.

Came all bent and screws wonât go in so needed to re-tap most of them and bent parts back.
