Works great for all the contours on the 51 Chevy I’m working on.

Okay… maybe not essential, but after using this a few times, it’s essential for me for refinishing furniture. It makes getting into precarious places a lot easier. The various shapes are awesome.

These are great for smaller pieces. Wouldn't recommend doing a whole fender but they are great for tight spaces. I've used these for furniture as well and they work great. Comes with a bunch of sand paper in various grits which is nice and the velcro on these is super tough

Where were these things all my life? I have done so many projects in the past that would have benefited from the use of these sanding partners. I am currently refinishing my stair handrails and posts, which have many curves and small areas suited for the different shapes in this kit. It has cut my sanding time and efforts at least in half. In addition, I recently had new baseboard installed in two bedrooms and these curved pieces are perfect for lightly sanding the nail hole filler before painting. I'm also painting several doors and the sanding blocks have been invaluable for preparing the doors and trim for painting. I have several other Duro-Gold hook and loop tools and loads of their sandpaper. Great products!

Excellent for uniform sanding of contoured edges, especially on smaller projects. The hook and loop design is super convenient. Multiple grits is a plus, too.
