I bought this knife 4 months ago and liked it so much I bought the matching cleaver. Now I wish I would have bought the complete set from the beginning. These knives are SHARP and they hold their edge well, I use a hone to help keep them razor sharp. You want paper thin tomato slices? No problem, I like making smash burgers and cutting super thin onions is very easy just watch your fingers. I saw some reviews complaining of rust but I have not seen that but then again I don't leave my knives in the sink or put them in the dish washer, both of those will rust most knives. Hand wash, towel dry and put away, do this with all of your knives and they will last forever.

Very nice knife haven’t sharpened it yet and I’ve had it for a very long time but I do treat her good so no need to sharpen.

Great knife. Very sharp and feels smooth when it cuts.

Good knife for the price. Damascus style etching is a neat plus. Did start to tarnish very quickly. Great balanced feel. Definitely not a commercial kitchen quality knife but if you’re looking to just add a decent knife to your home kitchen drawer, this will work.

A beautiful knife for the price.

I ordered the chef knife for our bbq trailer . Super sharp knife , and a great value. Ended up ordering the fillet knife from them, and I’ll be ordering brisket knife next. Great addition to your kitchen or restaurant. Just be careful because they are super sharp.
