Q: does this light get hot! I want to mount it on the wall in my daughters room to make glow and the dark stars light up.

No it does not get very hot. I have it mounted on my wall to make my stars light up too!

Q: Is it supposed to rattle when moved like theres something loose inside?

At first I thought this was kind of a funny question...but then I went and picked up my backlight, and sure enough, when I tilted it back and forth it does sound like there is something very small inside that is moving! My BF says that it is the ballast and that it is perfectly normal.

Q: I have recently purchased two of these and I am enjoying them. I was just wondering if anyone knows what the wavelength output is on them.

Further down on the Amazon page, and on ADJ's website, it says the wavelength is 365 nanometers. Later answers to similar questions said that's typical for bulbs of that type. To all those who replied "no (I don't know)" to this or any question, thanks for wasting time and electrons with your non-answers.

Q: Does this product have warranty, bulbs are fragile in transit. I don't want to be disappointed should tje unexpected happenned..

I tried to get this 2 times both times the bulb was broken I never received one in working order
