Sturdy, Comfortable, and Great for Home Workouts
I’ve been using this weight bench for a few weeks now, and it’s exceeded my expectations. It’s solid, stable, and doesn’t wobble at all, even during heavier lifts. Assembly was straightforward and took less than 30 minutes with the included tools. The padding is comfortable without being too soft, and the material is easy to wipe clean after a workout. I’ve used it for everything from bench presses and dumbbell rows to ab exercises and step-ups. It adjusts easily and feels really secure in every position. For the price, this bench is a fantastic value. If you’re building a home gym or just looking for a reliable bench to supplement your fitness routine, I highly recommend this one. It’s well-made, space-friendly, and gets the job done!

Good bench for money
nice size, pretty light, comfy pad, seems pretty sturdy so far. if it breaks I'll come back and edit this review lol. pad's cover seems to be a little flimsy but solid value for the money

Light workout bench
I would say this is a good bench for a person that’s 5 foot eight and under. And you probably wanna keep your weight under 175 pounds.I personally like the bench for my stomach exercises and light workouts and the fact it doesn’t take up much space.Only the back is adjustable if you have real long legs, this probably isn’t gonna work real well for hooking your feet under the padded bar for doing sit ups.It was very easily assemble. I do lots of different workouts on it so I’d say it’s versatile easy to move around.I wouldn’t use a lot of weight on it as it’s not real heavy duty, but you also get what you pay for and I knew what I was buying. So for the price I don’t think it’s a bad deal.

Somewhat wobbly but holds 200+ lbs well.
The bench cushion itself is fair. It gets the job done but I keep a bath towel over it at all times to minimize wear and tear. It was easy to put together, took about 30 minutes from unboxing to having it assembled. It's extremely easy to adjust the upper part because it sits in grooves. The questionable part is how flimsy the arm is that supports the upper part of the bench. I had a fall within my 2nd month of using it. I put the upper part on decline and when I went to lay down, I fell backwards and smacked the back of my head pretty hard on the ground. I flipped backwards and my feet went over my head. I weigh 180 Lbs. I can feel the bench wobble left and right when I use it. But, it seems sturdy because my 3 young children like to climb ON the bench while I use it. So, it seems to hold a good amount of weight well. Honestly, if this thing could fold in half and can be stored away, it would be 5 stars. But, it's clunky and hard to move around because the top half flips up easily because that's how it's built, but the legs sit amount 6 feet from end to end and takes up a lot of space in a small room. Not a very nimble piece of equipment and the rubber covers for the legs are a son of a gun. My toes die a little bit each time I accidentally kick it when walking by it.Overall, it's ability to allow decline to upright chest and arm exercises makes it somewhat easy to use because it allows different types of exercises. I can do abs, back, arms, chest and even legs (assisted squats/modified burpees/mountain climbers/leg lifts).

Light weight and easy to move
I love this bench. It's not professional quality but plenty good enough for our home use. Has all the features and positions you need and I love that it's easy to move out of the way when not in use.
