I used this product as i suffer from night cramps - i. Haven’t had them since i started using it. Just 2 sprays on each foot at night, and I sleep better.

I have dystonia and restless legs, so was hoping that this would help me to get a good night’s sleep. It works for about an hour and then I’m wide awake again.

Don't like this oil it does ease my restless legs a little but the bedsheets stick to my legs and it doesn't feel nice on my skin.Won't buy again I will take tablets instead.

Great product will buy again!I bought the Hellenia Magnesium Spray and have been using it for the past 2 weeks. I didn’t notice much after the first couple of days but around 3 days onwards I have noticed I am sleeping much better. The spray is fantastic, not greasy, no scent and very easy to use. I find that I am sleeping well and I do feel better in myself too. I will definitely be purchasing this again. Highly recommended indeed! A fabulous service from Hellenia as always!

I cannot speak highly enough of this product. I rub in 3 sprays on the inside of my arms before bed each night and couple extra sprays on any achy areas and it really helps!! I am on my 3rd bottle, they have been lasting me around 6 months and very good value compared to other brands!
