Loved the Taste and Product
The media could not be loaded. One of my office colleague used this gut nourishing meal replacement supplement and she told me as well to start using it. I am happy with the results
I am writing this review because I feel happy with the results. I wanted to lose weght but unhealthy snacking was a big challenge. Now I can enjoy a shake that has less calories and tastes good too. I don’t feel like I am losing out on tasty food. When I make it with milk, it keeps me full for 3-4 hours.

Has a bad aftertaste. Do not even think about trying it by mixing it with water, it tastes so bad. The taste is somewhat manageable when taken with milk.

This shake is one of the best dairy free protein shakes I have ever tried. I really loved the taste and mixability.The flavour was natural and delicious. The powder is very fine and dissolves easily in water, making it extremely smooth and creamy.The shake was light on my stomach, but kept me energized for hours.I made it with water, and added some oats and almonds to the shake, which made it more filling and satisfying.If you're looking for a dairy free, gluten free, and vegan protein source, this drink is perfect for you!Ive had it for breakfast, as a snack, and also post-workout. Def gonna buy this again 10/10.

Easy to Digest
I have faced issues with whey protein earlier because it used to cause bloating for me. So I was looking for a plant based nutrition product. I tried the Healthspan meal replacement shake because it is Lactose & Gluten free. And their pack says that it has probiotic so that should help to digest easily. And so far I have had no problem. I am able to digest it easily though I have it with milk. It tastes fine and i feel light after having it. You will like it if you like dark chocolate flavour.
