Novology Bi-Phasic Serum for Hyperpigmentation works on dark spots, makes skin hydrated which makes it ideal for dry skin. The scent is also nice of the product. After applying this on skin the effectiveness is also nice. From my experience it is a value for money product.

This Serum Worsened My Skin IssuesI purchased this serum after seeing many doctors on social media claiming it delivered "proven results." Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. The first issue was that it felt greasy upon application, making it unsuitable for oily skin. It triggered acne and left my skin feeling worse than before.The biggest disappointment, however, was its effect on my pigmentation. Instead of lightening dark spots, it made them worse—spreading pigmentation across my face and making it darker and more visible. To ensure it wasn’t just my skin type, I tested it on my mother’s combination skin, and sadly, the results were the same. It worsened her pigmentation too.What’s more troubling is how heavily this product is promoted through paid reviews, even by professionals. It’s unethical and misleading. I gave this serum a fair try, using it for 10 days despite the worsening condition, but I had to stop. Healing from the damage caused by this serum will take a long time.This was the worst serum I’ve ever used-overhyped.

I completed 1 month and a week with the serum just seen a little improvement in the skin tone n texture. I think it's just started showing it's results now hoping further change but I used only once at night through all the days till now. I bought for my combination skin I think it's designed for dry to combination skin I should choose oily to combination skin, wanna change it and that comes in gel form for my skin types. Bcoz it's a bit oily for my skin type. I saw visible pores on my upper cheeks beside nose, I googled then it tells bcoz of the serum's exfoliating ingredients and it's alright.
