this works better than any other cough drop i've used. worth the price. The only thing is, it has an aftertaste, but it's not bad. I ordered the sugarfree. Maybe that was it.

Directions say to place on middle of tongue and as it melts swallow it with your saliva. It will numb your throat and suppress cough reflex. Worked great for me.

The cough drop worked well however they did not last hours like stated, I found the taste to be horrible.. constant taste of strong cough syrup... yuck
