I really liked this protein shake. From a reliable company that been making shakes for awhile. Comes with a good amount of protein and additional nutrients to help your body out more to sustain diets and exercise. It is easy to drink no nasty taste or after taste, the drink is on the thicker side make sure to shake well before dirnking. The taste is good, not full like chocolate taste but a silk type of chocolate.

The vanilla tastes okay but when you get to the bottom of the bottle there are clumps that haven’t dissolved. I just swallow them because I assume they’re protein powder. I shake the bottle very well before opening and again half-way through but they still don’t dissolve. Big turnoff for a lot of people. I haven’t tried other flavors.

Large clumps in the bottom of the bottle. The taste is ok but the clumps make it very unappetizing. I tried to return the product to get my money back but they made it impossible. Do not recommend. There are better protein shakes in the market for half the price.

My husband liked these very much. He hates chocolate and loves morning coffee. He used this with ice in the blender and start his day off on a good note. The after taste was his only complaint but he felt full and his stomach didn't bother him. Great value for the quantity and quality. High protein content.

There's a noticeable artificial flavor that detracts from the overall experience. I like Abbott labs, and I like the ingredients in this shake. Unfortunately, it's got a problem with the protein congealing at the bottom of the bottle and that makes it less than wonderful.First off, the nutritional profile here is pretty good. It's 71% protein by calories with some carbs and fat to round things out. It also includes HMB, which is a supplement that’s supposed to help maintain muscle even when calorie intake decreases. All of that is great and it makes a nice tasting meal replacement. I can honestly say that after I've had a bottle, I'm satisfied for most of the morning.The biggest downfall of this product is that the protein can collect at the bottom of the bottle and form into a semi solid gel. You can spend a lot of time trying to shake the bottle up before you drink it in hopes of dissolving the gel, and sometimes it works, but most of the time it actually doesn't. So, you end up with this fairly gross chewy sludge at the bottom of the bottle. At the very least you end up with chunks of this stuff as you're drinking it. I've eaten food all over the world and can say that I have a pretty high tolerance for things like this so to me it's not a huge problem, but I could see most people finding this to be a tremendous turn off.Five stars for the product, -1 for the sludge.

They are quite sweet, but that is probably needed to mask all the vitamins and minerals and other things. I like that the ingredients are mostly plain and simple, and the ones I had to look up, even with their long complicated names (I am looking at you, "short chain fructooligosaccharides") have natural origins and provide researched and documented health benefits.My only issue was that I shook the bottle as hard as I could, but I still encountered some clumpy residue at the end of the shake. Almost like boba pearls at the bottom.* Follow up- I figured out if you vigorously re-shake the bottle (with the lid on of course) when you have about 1/3 of it left, you can get the last of the lumps to dissipate.

I am appalled by the fact that there are no return/refund on this product. I got this in hopes of a fuller meal replacement but this product just makes me sick. There are literal CHUNKS all throughout the shake - even tho i shake it vigorously!!!! I feel i was given spoiled/bad product and now im stuck with the entire pack.I am very disappointed.
