SheaMoisture 12 oz Raw Shea Butter Deep Treatment Masque

This product comes highly recommended from quite a lot of experts on curly hair and I'm excited about using it. So the five stars are for My beauty bazaar. Loved their excellent customer service. It took just 10 minutes of my time to let them know that the products lid had been broken in transit. Some of the product had spilled in the box and what I got was a personal call apologising for the same. I was asked to keep the product and sent a brand new box free of cost. Such things happen with the best of e-commerce sites but such a quick resolution just absolutely makes all the difference. I'm excited to use this product and I'm sure my next batch will come from this site only!

No moisturizing effect at all, product has no slip so causes hair breakage and only made my hair dryer than before

Smells Heaven and i can say just like how you feel like licking of lip gloss from your lips , here u feel like eating your hair cause it smells heavenly

i would give 0 stars if possible.. such a waste of money... texture was like a hand cream n it just makes hair rougher

So I bought this not even considering that the product could be a counterfeit, read some reviews and noticed them mentioning the product colour is different and it didn’t perform as wellI think there’s been a misunderstanding as SM have this masque in a different formula, which is a yellow colour and says it’s for damaged, transitioning hair. This product seems to be a different formula, because it’s for dry, damaged hairOn the SM website there is a Shea butter masque which is white and says it’s for dry, damaged or transitioning hair, so it looks as if there are about three different versions. I can’t say with confidence this product is fake, it just might be a different formula. Also, people have said that the product left their hair dry, but it does say on the tub ‘for additional nutrients and moisture, Extra Virgin Olive Oil may be added to Masque.’ I was going to return the product because I got scared thinking it will damage my sensitive scalp and 4C hair if it’s a fake, instead I’ll keep it, use with the olive oil and see which results I getI wouldn’t say don’t purchase, just be mindful this is the version of the product you actually want

This has played a huge part in transforming my hair in such a short space of time. I start off with this product every hair care routine I do as it gives me that moisture that I need to then go onto using the other products. I mix it with several oils to give it that extra moisture it needs.I have been leaving this in my hair for half a day and after I find he'd the rest of my routine I feel the difference which I have tested to see if it made a difference if I didn't use this product Inc. the oils I mix in.The smell is very natural and the product is light as is the rest of the lines products.This will run out way before my conditioner and shampoo as I use it more than the other products but I am happy to repurchase as the product is working for me.The product is so good it's motivated me even more to ensure I'm looking after my hair as other products were just ruining my hair even further.This line of products has started to restore my hair to what it once was. My hair is definitely showing the difference these products make.I cannot rave about this line enough to friends and family!!!!If you want strong, silky soft and glowing hair look no further.Please note: I have not been paid to do this review nor have I been sent any items free.

Je nachdem wo man Shea Moisture Produkte kauft, ist die Ware entweder sichtbar alt(abgelaufenes MHD), oder man riecht es wenn das MHD entfernt wurde. Ob es Shea Moisture selbst oder die Lieferanten/Verkäufer sind die es entfernen lässt sich nicht nachvollziehen.Auch muss man vorsichtig sein ob ein Siegel noch drauf ist. Conditioner oder Sprühflaschen haben kein Siegel...Man kann die Produkte nur auf Amazon oder via Kreditkarten woanders kaufen. Sonst darf man seinem Geld hinterher rennen..Das ist mir mit Shea Moisture Produkten jetzt mind. 4x passiert und mit anderen Afro-Beautyprodukten auch..Und die meisten dieser "Läden"(Schuppen) bocken bei der Rückersstattung. Also wer nicht gern seiner Kohle hinterher läuft, AUGEN AUF VOR DEM KAUF. Damit es Anderen nicht geht wie mir, vergebe ich auch immer entsprechende Bewertungen für die Verkäufer. Negative Bewertungen für dieses Produkt verstehe ich nicht. Ja SM ist für ALLE Haartexturen gemacht, ABER war ursrpünglich für Afrikaner, bzw Afro-Haar gedacht und gemacht. Da sollte man sich vorher informieren bevor man Produkten schlechte Bewertungen gibt..Die Marke ist zwar längst nicht mehr was sie mal war(gehört jetzt zu Unilever), aber dieses Produkt ist für AFROHAARE noch vollkommen in Ordnung. Und da muss man halt schauen was für ein Typ bin ich A,B, C, 1, 2, 3....High porosity, low porosity oder medium..

Good hair product. I did quite a bit of research into which product to buy, but decided to give this one a go for my first time hair Masque. Left this on for around 30mins with a wrap. My hair is between a 2c and 3a/3b.My hair has been smelling great now for around 3 days.I decided not to put any products in my hair after washing out, just to see how it keeps. And it’s going alright. It didn’t completely take away frizz and dryness, but has added to my hair in some way. I will carry on using and see how it goes. Hair feels super soft compared to other time’s when washing. So it has definitely added to my hair in some way or another!Thanks!
