Works as advertised. Been looking for a good quesadilla maker for some time and they were either restaurant grade at a premium price or flimsy plastic ones that wouldn't last. Finally found this one at a good price and was not disappointed with the quality. One of the best features is the locking clasp which prevents spillover no matter how full you stuff it. Also has an alert light that lets you know when to take it out so you don't burn it.

Was father's day gift and he really likes it. Worked well. Would recommend.

We have only used this a couple of times but it makes great quesadillas! They turn out crispy and crunchy quickly.

Great for Cuban sandwiches, or toast... Quick and easy to clean

The media could not be loaded. Plastic locking mechanism does not reach down far enough to lock properly resulting in the plastic melting on the latch. Also the top metal grate became wobbly and loose. Maybe it was just the item I received that was defective. The quesadilla came out fine but due to the melting plastic and faulty locking mechanism had to return.

Purchased this is as i wanted an appliance that wasn't a bold color that could be left on the counter. The only option i found. This seems to have a good cook time. Quesadillas taste great. I'm unsure how durable this is at this point, but, it seems ok. The problem i have with this maker is how incredibly HOT the outside becomes. I need a hot pad to open this and I don't have sensitive hands. I'm surprised the plastic outside hasn't melted.
