I got the ETOE Starfish projector because it just looked different from all the other standard projectors. The design really stands out—it’s sturdy, modern, and has a built-in night light that my kids love. You can tap the top to change the brightness and colour, which is actually really handy for bedtime wind-down.The picture quality is brilliant - sharp, bright colours, and it adjusts easily with a nice wide rotation range. The built-in apps like Netflix and YouTube work straight away, no extra devices needed. The auto-focus is pretty quick too, which makes setup easy.It's a bit fiddly setting it up with the right angle for the ceiling projection but that's not different with others I've used in the past.The sound is decent and it’s super easy to connect to our Bluetooth speaker.Given the number of features it offers, it’s defintely great value and feels high-end.

Pretty good. Allows for 4k, sets up well. Bluetooth has a little lag but you get used to it. The device speaker on it isn’t that bad- no bass, similar to a laptop quality. Has a good brightness in the low-semi light (which I prefer). Amazing picture when dark! Focusing can be a bit tedious. But all in all, very good for its price point!Currently trying to work out a way to make this thing portable! Got a battery pack for it and a converter——- it worked!!!Happy it has android tv as I can install as many apps as I want!…. Apart from BBC player- you have to use your laptop for that! But you can plug in your laptop via hdmi.

Before making my purchase, I took the time to read a variety of reviews, including the non-5-star ones,to get a balanced view of the device. Ultimately, I decided to go for it,and I'm glad I did!The device arrived quickly. Setup was incredibly simple I had it up and running in just a few minutes. It was effortless to cast images and videos form my mobile phone.What really impressed me was the clarity of the images and the accuracy of color representation. For the price, the quality is fantastic! It doesn't require installation or a tripod, and I can adjust it to various angles freely. I love lying in bed to watch movies, and it can project directly on to the ceiling, which is what I like the most. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this device to others. It's a great option if you're looking for an easy to use, high quality casting solution.

I really want to give this five stars, because all in all it's perfect, so far the best projector I have ever had! The quality of the picture is super good, the sound is okay and I can put my projector pretty much anywhere and adjust the display to suit the position of my projector (as I don't have space to put a projector behind my couch, it's a very compact living space.But the issue I have with the projector. Or issues really sour the overall experience.1- The keystone feature. It randomly misaligns, suddenly my perfectly square picture is skewed for no reason mid way through watching a movie!2- The keystones are constantly being forgotten so I keep having to set them up. It's a bit of a pain in the bottom to spend minutes every time I power it up just aligning something that surely could be stored on my google account for retrieval? I don't move my projector so it really should be a one time thing.3- The instructions. I lost my booklet instantly. But finding the instructions online has proved impossible. I found them in Chinese or Japanese but in a format that can't be autotranslated! I feel a bit like I am on a paddle boat with no oars. (Don't lose your instructions!)4- No online resources. A series of videos explaining the features wouldn't take long to set up and would go a long way to helping to make setup smoother. Maybe I missed where these are? I looked and looked but couldn't find anything.5- The remote. This one is pretty damning. The remote kinda stopped working... and only registers the button presses very randomly. I was trying to convince my parents to buy themselves a projector when the remote stopped working on me, understandably they won't be buying one! Getting a replacement remote seems to be impossible without returning the whole unit??? How do I get a new remote?!Still, even with the outlined issues I'd give this four stars. But I imagine with time these issues will become very grating! I do feel that if I could get my hands on some instructions I may find a way to solve the keystone issues and heck maybe even the remote? I have a feeling it may be bluetooth interference maybe.

After trialing a couple of cheaper versions, this one, although a little more expensive, ticks all the boxes plus a few more. The clarity of the lens is excellent as is the overall ease of use.The built in sidelight is extremely useful. It really does the lot.However, and there is always one of those nowadays, mine developed a very tiny bit of dirt inside the sealed unit. I contacted customer care who sorted the problem out with speed and true professionalism.I wouldn’t hesitate for one iota recommending this product. It stands head and shoulders above its competition. A professional product from a professional company.
