Short version - BRILLIANT... absolutely PERFECT and exactly what I was looking for... and all controlled from the remote control. I have tried with connected a USB, cast from my S25 and also connecting my laptop... all worked perfectly.The unit is EXTREMELY well packaged... I will definitely be keeping the packaging to keep the projector in for storage.Using the project is an absolute doddle to setup and to use... easy to navigate with the menu using the remote control and the Auto focus works EXTREMELY well... and can also be manual adjusted.The inbuilt speaker is way better than I expected ... easily a usable speaker if you don't connect external speakers.At £149.99 (May 2025), plus there was an additional £40 voucher available when I brought this... it is so worth the cost.Absolutely no hesitation in rating this as 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - way better than I expected and would definitely recommend.

The media could not be loaded. I couldn’t be happier with this mini projector! It’s compact, lightweight, and easy to set up, making it perfect for movie nights, gaming, and even work presentations. It works great even in moderately lit rooms, but the best experience is in a dark setting.The built-in speaker is surprisingly good, though I recommend connecting it to external speakers for a true cinematic feel. I also love how versatile it is—it connects effortlessly to my laptop, phone, and even my streaming stick via HDMI and Bluetooth.For the price, this is an absolute steal. This really is a great bit of equipment and well worth spending a bit extra on compared to a slightly cheaper alternative. The sound is good, the image quite sharp and it is very simple to use.

What a great projector for £149.99, I did have the same makers (XuanPad) cheap £49.99 projector which was just a basic machine, but it worked just fine and still does after 18mths of daily use, but this XuanPad projector is a next level machine took less than 5 mins to set up but not the apps as I have a fire stick with all the accounts already programmed, but when I have done re- decorating the master bedroom the old one is going to installed there along with the fire stick so I will set them up then, Bluetooth is fast seems to be no lagging when connected to my phone, speakers are a bit tinny best if you connect to external soundbar, easy to use remote control along with a good instruction book all in all a great projector.

After 10 days of using the XuanPad Mini Projector, I'm impressed with its performance for the price. Setting it up was incredibly easy, and its lightweight design makes it very portable. I've used it for movie nights and a couple of presentations, and it works best in dark environments.The picture quality is decent for its native resolution of 800x480 and supports up to 1080p input, though you can't expect razor-sharp clarity at this price point. The colors are vibrant, but the brightness struggles in well-lit rooms. The 30-200 inch projection size is a plus, giving a home-theater feel.The built-in speakers are okay for casual use, but I recommend external speakers for better sound.The cooling system is effective, and fan noise is minimal, which is a nice touch. Overall, this projector is a fantastic budget-friendly option for casual users. If you're looking for top-tier quality, this might not be it, but it delivers excellent value for the price.

Edit - I posted the original review below and the company reached out to me. They sent a better model projector and it’s fantastic. I believe it’s more expensive but it’d be totally worth it. We now have the K10 projector with auto focus and a much improved sound and fan quality.OriginalQuite disappointed with this projector. Whilst the picture is good (although focusing it isn’t straight forward) the devise is very noisy and the sound quality is poor. The fan runs loud and is distracting. The sound quality is tinny, and put together it doesn’t make for a comfortable watch. You’re either irritated by the fan or irritated by the inability to hear the dialogue on screen. I wouldn’t recommend.

This projector has surpassed my expectations, it is a fantastic projector . The functionality is simple but makes the projector easier to use. The picture quality is excellent and has surprisingly good sound. The remote is basic but all you need. The colour quailty and brightness can be easily adjusted . The range for internet was great as i was able to the projector in the garden.
