I have pulled a muscle in my back and I could not lean over, pick up anything or even turn at night when I'm sleeping because that's how much pain I was in (I pulled it a month ago) and the doctor told me i needed to exercise it out and he also needed to pop my back a couple times a week because my back was "very out of line" blah blah blah and it would cost thousands for my appointments over the year so I googled muscle relaxers to help me and this stuff is amazing! I am on day 3 of taking it and i can bend over and pick up stuff and I am sleeping better now. I'm actually surprised how fast it is working but I do take a pill about 7am and again at 5pm every day so far. I hope my review helps you.

I was having intense muscle tension and spasms in my shoulder and neck. I was in a lot of pain. I went to my chiropractic Dr. twice with minimal success. She said my muscles were too tight for her adjustments to hold or help much. It was then a holiday weekend, so calling my regular Dr. was not an option for 3 days. I took a chance and ordered these before asking for prescription muscle relaxers and possible an x-ray, as I was still unsure what was causing the issue. ONE dose in and I was really hopeful. Two doses in and I knew these were really helping. I took them for 2 full days 3 times a day. I took 2 pills each time. I am 240lbs to give and idea to others about the dose they may need. I skipped taking them on the 3rd day to see how my pain and motion was. It was at about 90% function, where I had been at about 20% before and the pain was very very mild and sometimes not even noticeable. I have a chiro appointment in two days and I will take before I go to make sure my muscles are super relaxed and hopefully my adjustment will be just what I need to get back to 100%If I could no afford or get to the chiro, these pills alone are a life saver.Cons would be:The smell is something else! But it is a capsule, so the smell is not a taste, these pills were just as easy to take as most any capsule.I did get a headache several times while asking them, a side effect that seems to be common. OTC pain meds dealt with the headache along with some extra water and a heating pad. Nothing had duled the nerve pain and muscle pain I was dealing with till these, so it was worth the headache.When you take them the first time or up the dose, you should wait to see how the effect you.Lastly, they are not supposed to be for long term use. That would be something worth involving your care team and Drs in deciding.Absolutely 100% worth it and I am very glad I tried these as it made so much difference for me.

If I could give this a 10000 out of 10 I would!!!! I tried both the stress relief one and the muscle relax one. I was totally skeptical because usually “natural” things are very half and half if they work for me. OMG idk which of the 2 I took that made it so my LOUD adhd brain just totally switched off! It’s like all the tabs in my brain closed and I could think clearly after the FIRST USE. It took a little less than 2 hours to kick in. I had to take a mini nap because I think the muscle relax one made me sleepy, but a 20 min Power Nap cleared me up. And when I woke up and my brain was totally silent, it was foreign! I hear every noise crystal clear now! And I am SO relaxed! There isn’t a tense bone in my body. Light smell, no flavor, I’m not burping it up, and no after taste. Easy to take. HIGHLY recommend!!

So, i read in other reviews that some people took it and were good to go! Others took it, felt relaxed, then got a head ache. lastly, others just got a head ache.I took it yesterday and didn't feel an effect for the first hour or so but suddenly boom, instant relaxation. It was the afternoon so it made me sleepy and the sleep was awesome. Here's the factor to consider: I may have not got enough sleep last night for it to fully wear off. In other words, i may not have have allowed enough sleep in order to wake up at the correct REM cycle because i got a migraine/ head ache. This migraine is specifically behind my right eye and the front, right part of my brain. I got 7 hours of sleep and woke up for work exhausted!As my first review this is my hypothesis so far: The product was very successful in relaxing my muscles and even my mind. Specially close to night time. However, in order to fully enjoy this product's benefits, one must give themselves adequate time to sleep and fully wear the effect off in order to be ready for the next day. No didn't help at all it seemed to me I hurted worse after taking it.. I was told to try it for my sciatica and I followed directions I took two at night nothing felt better... Nothing

I didn't want chemical muscle relaxers, so I chose this product. I am not disappointed..works great!!

I have sciatica, sometimes worse sometimes not too bad. Sometimes this helps with spasms, others not so much. But I have the same results with prescription muscle relaxers. They don't always work as well as I'd like them to. It's worth a try. Ymmv. Yes, they do smell unpleasant. But once they're swallowed, no issues.
