Perfect hydration backpack for long distance outdoors running.
This is by far the best portable hydration gadget for long distance runs. It’s very easy to fill up and use. It fits comfortably on your back and doesn’t giggle when you’re running. The drinking tube is long enough, easy to secure and the water valve easy to open and shut when you’re running. It holds a lot of water enough for use on long runs and very handy on hot days out on the trails. The design and functionality gets 5 stars overall and I recommend it to anyone who runs long distances outdoors.

WOW!
This vest is AMAZING! I wanted a nice running vest and this is it. It has so much adjustability with the straps and I can get the perfect fit. The fact that it comes with the hydration bladder is a major bonus and it's super breathable so I don't get hot wearing it. It definitely does the job that the more expensive ones do but for way less money.

Mostly good
This product has been mostly good. I just have two complaints. First, when running, my hair gets stuck in the zipper on the back which is very annoying. Second, the water pouch is extremely hard to dry out. Besides those two things, I really enjoy it. It’s comfortable and has many pockets to hold different things

Nipple Chafe Destroyer
These things sell for a hundred bucks at REI, and have less features.I'm a beginner ish runner (20-30mi per week) and was starting to realize I cant go much more than 5 miles without water or food. Maybe its age. I was also starting to get nipple chafe from shirts.Fast forward to searching for some way to carry my phone and a snack on a run and I ended up choosing this item because the color was good. The pouches on the shoulders fit an s24ultra, its super easy to access stuff while you run on the front, obviously you need to take the thing off to get in the back, but I found it was a much better place to store a beanie than a random tree along my run route.Water bladder is fine. The tube is pretty rigid, but it has a quick detach and a good open close system.Adjustments are great, there are strap keepers on all straps (huge benefit).I ran 10.5 this morning and it did all the stuff its supposed to do fine, but I also didnt get any nipple chafe.

Surprised at the quality
So, honestly I was skeptical about purchasing this vest. I trail run and I was trying to find something on the smaller/ lighter side that would be comfortable without costing a fortune. This turned out to be the perfect solution. Two storage pockets on the front with an additional hidden zipper pocket plus a larger pocket on the back give you plenty of space for ID, gels, earbuds, phone, etc. Once you get it adjusted to you the water bladder stays put even while running. It’s lightweight, has some reflective accents and seems to be durable. Overall, I’m thrilled with this vest and, considering how inexpensive it is compared to others, feel like it was money well spent.

Love it!
This is a really nice hydrating vest for those long runs. The bladder size is 1.5L and the front pockets can hold up to 500mL each as long as you get the tall and skinny soft flasks. I put ice in the bladder and it stays cold for a while. The main compartment has a spot for the bladder as well as a big open pocket for other stuff and a key attachment that sits at the bottom of the bag. All straps are adjustable and they can be secured down. Once you get the air out of the bladder there is no bounce. I have used this for about a week and I love it! If you are new to running/walking/hiking and are looking for a hydrating vest or you just don’t want to spend a ton of money, this is for you!

Bite valve sucks
Overall, it's a very good low cost hydration pack. Main issue is the bite valve is way too tight. With dry fingers, in the house, sure it works fine. But outside, sweaty fingers and ackward angles, then post drink leaking all make the bite valve a real pita. Ended up buying collapsable insert, which stay bite valve upward. Works great now.
