The book offers so much information about millets that one would not need any other source to know more about it.After reading the book I felt the need to change my whole food diet. The other good thing about it is that it is that it has so many recipes.They are easy to understand and use basic ingredients that are easily available in Indian kitchens.Love it.

Worth buying, every recipe in this book mentioned is packed with nutrition. I have tried some of the recipes with my children,they loved it.
