The other day when I stood up from the toilet seat, and both of my knees cracked. I laughed, but it was an aha moment. Recently I turned 50 something, and have been realizing that my body is in fact getting older and I am not invincible like I was when I was in my teens and twenties. The knee crack got me to thinking of what I could do to keep that from happening again. I looked online and there were lots of people talking about elevated toilets and how they had helped alleviate knee and back pain.I looked up toilets online for the first time in my life and landed on the Homlylink. I read all the reviews and the specifications and was pretty impressed with what I was reading. I was intrigued with the fact that it would be a few inches taller than the toilet we currently had in our master bathroom. I was glad to see I didn't have to settle for white, but could get an off-white color instead. I also saw a few other positives too like it was only 1.28 gallons per flush, the seat was a soft closing seat, and that it was supposedly an easy installation. So with that I ordered the toilet.A few days later a super heavy box arrived with this toilet. There was no way to carry it upstairs on my own, so I opened it downstairs, and brought up piece by piece. Each piece was nicely protected in the box, so there were no cracks or damage anywhere. The necessary tools for assembly were in the box, and the instructions were clear and detailed. Also, the one piece that is always forgotten when replacing a toilet was included, that is the wax ring. I had replaced a couple of toilets prior to this so it wasn't something new to me, but even if I had not, the installation video and instructions will make this daunting task easily manageable.Once installed and being used, I realized just how beneficial the elevated toilet actually is. It is so much easier to get on and off of the seat into a standing position. I will be replacing the other toilets in my home with one of these. The difference between the stand height and elevated height is minimal when you look at just the numbers on paper, but in reality, it makes a world of difference. If you are considering replacing one or all of your toilets, consider trying an elevated toilet. This was a bit bigger than anticipated and way heavier than I expected. At nearly 100 lbs I had to help the plumber carry it upstairs when we had it installed this morning. It is worth it though, because it is very well-made and should last a lifetime.

I needed a taller toilet since I'm tall and this one has been great. I might not be a senior at 51 haha but tall for sure at 5'11. I really like the look and it was easy to install. It arrived packaged perfectly to prevent breakage. Great for the value.

R this is a well made toilet. The height is ideal for tall people as well as the elderly. Installation was straightforward and it performs well. The bone color is,appealing. It is warmer than the usual white and has a,more modern look. Completely satisfied with the quality and performance.
