This sander is the best one of this type that I have used - It is really good quality and the functionality is much better than the battery power ones I have. The only drawback is the cable but if you are needing a sander of this size then you will probably have access to power anyway. It has wide range of adjustable speeds and is simple to use, for it's performance it is great value for money.

This orbital sander looks very similar to the industrial ones my team used for removing minor defects in car body panels when I worked in a car factory. It's much lower and flatter than the majority of hobbyist sanders, and has a large palm-trigger instead of one you pull with a finger.This one is electric, while ours were air powered, but otherwise they are very alike. The similarities continue in use. This sander has minimal vibration. The factory were very strict on vibrating tools, and their use was monitored carefully. The more they vibrated, the less time an associate was allowed to use them. This is definitely at the lower end of the scale.Another pro feature is the dust extraction hose, which fits directly onto the hose of my shop vacuum. I'm a guitar maker and repairer, and I try to limit the amount of dust floating around my shop, as it gets all over the instruments I'm not working on, creating more work for me. Effective dust control is vital.The mesh pads are also consistent with the professional equipment we used in the factory. A good selection is supplied, and replacements are easy to get.Overall, a very nice tool. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Professional levels of vibration, a powerful brushless motor, effective and convenient dust extraction - everything you need from a sander. Oh, and it's pretty good at sanding too!

This being a more expensive model has several features such as variable speed control and a trigger mechanism on top for more convenient control. The sander is small enough to operate and guide with one hand if needed however the rear of the body forms an integral auxiliary handle. With integrated dust collection the velcro style pads are a little different to the regular ones I use with other sanders and don't have perforations, instead they are permeable allowing sanding dust to pass through the pad into the dust collector. This really is a vast improvement compared to my other sanders and is a much more professional level sanding tool. Overall I am imressed with the build quality, refinement and dust control this pro level sander provides.

This is a step above every other sander I've owned. It's nice and light but still very powerful; it's easy to guide and control as well. I like the sensitive top trigger which gives you good speed control, paired with the secondary power settings which allow you to seriously ramp up the speed. The whole fits well in the hand.Also fantastic is the cable - it's LONG! How many times have you cursed power tools with stingy cables which force you to dig out the extension lead? This one will easily cover the average garage workshop.Light, powerful, controllable; excellent.

Ive had a good couple of sanders in my life and this is probley the best one iv’e had my hands on. Its quiet and doesn’t seem to vibrate that much compared to others. This has premuim quality and everything has been perfected. The controls are simple to use with the 2 speed controller. Which you can set the speed with the leds showing how fast it’ll go and then you can manually control how much you want with the press switch at the top. Reasonably priced considering this will give more well known brands a run with the money. You get everything to get you started and this can be easily hooked up to a vacuum with the included hose.Would recommend and will be one of my favourite tools.
