Q: How do you attach the botton floor,because it just falls through?

Our kit came with a half in or so ledge that the bottom rested on.

Q: Where is the escape door and how big is it? The pictures don’t provide the escape door.

I actually sealed the escape door. It is a thin piece of plastic flap on the side, but we have coyotes and they could easily get a feral through this escape door. Cats were safer coming in through the lower door, up the ramp and staying on the top level. Nothing could get them there. Depending on your situation - for the escape door.

Q: Is it good in the snow?

Yes we have had a ton of snow here in Flagstaff. It is good in snow but will depend how it is facing the wind. We have 2 houses facing opposite ways.
