Surprisingly delicious
This is really good yes very thin I added 2 spoons of corn starch and thickens right up I also added 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella and some Parmesan cheese figured I had plenty room for adding since it’s 0 everything and then I divide an entire pot into 5 containers for my lunch so very low calorie. I made it with chick pea pasta and ground turkey this is my new favorite.

Manufactured to be a health hazard, not a sauce
I bought two products at the same time. The garlic herb, and the alfredo sauces. The garlic herb was unsealed, and had the unpopped cap to prove it, but the alfredo sauce? They (the manufacturer, not the seller, to clarify for Amazon's review review process) didn't even *try* to jar it right. The jarring process used by the manufacturer (again Amazon, I'm referring to the lack of quality of the product, let me leave this review) doesn't involve sealing the jar. They literally just screwed a cap on a jar. Is it good? Is it bad? Who knows! Actually I do, I tasted a bit. It tasted like slightly spoiled alfredo sauce that was cut with sawdust. Not, at all, worth the money, let alone the food poisoning.

Strange, but not bad.
It's got a little cheesy/buttery flavor, but predominantly tastes of pepper. Naturally, it's not Olive Garden alfredo sauce. If that's what you expect, well... get real. But it's a nice thing to add for a strict dieter.

I will keep buying this as it taste great and works as a healthy alternative. Satisfies my craving for Alfredo

Eh. It's OKAY
Alfredo sauce is mostly cheese and cream based anyway so the "zero carb" selling point, while true, does not justify the high price tag in my opinion. Most any Alfredo sauce should be low carb in the first place. The reason why most aren't is because the thickness in Alfredo sauce comes from flour or wheat flour to give it that heartiness we're used to.This product doesn't contain flour so it's a lot thinner than traditional Alfredo sauce would otherwise be and is pretty much cream, cheese, and a bunch of spices. The funny part is that Alfredo Sauce is typically used with pasta which is chock full of carbs so you're really not going to gain any "low carb" points by using a sauce that has 0 grams on a bowl of pasta that has 100 grams. In terms of taste? This product, like many other diet products, tastes "off." You'd probably be able to tell it was trying to mimic alfredo sauce but you'd know something wasn't quite right about it. It's not a bad taste but like other reviewers have said it's kind of a strong, tangy, and in many ways synthetic taste. It's not great, bottom line, and Walden Farms makes some other really good products so personally I would skip this one. That being said it is truly a dieters product with zero carb, calories, fat, etc... so with that in mind it's not a BAD product when you consider it doesn't contain all the stuff that usually makes food taste good :-)

Came damaged and smelled bad
Unfortunately this came damaged in the mail. I think they dropped it because part of the lid was already off. I only opened it this much to take the photos. I threw the entire thing away. Didn’t even try it. Don’t waste your money. Not only was I unable to set up a replacement but I was also unable to get a refund because of the type of product it is. I will be taking this up with Amazon later. All I can say is that this sauce smelled terrible. I’m unsure if it was spoiled or if that’s just the way it smells but save yourself the trouble and do not buy this

Not bad
For zero calories this isn't bad. It's a little runny and bland. I added fresh parmesan cheese, garlic, onion powder and Italian spices and it was delicious. I'd buy again

Great alternative when doing keto
I like it and will buy again. It is very runny but I added a cheese blend of Asiago, Parmesan and Romano (Belgioioso salad blend -0-carbs from Sams Club) and it was a great add for my zucchini chicken Alfredo.
