Perfect for streching
Had cheaper interlocking mats but they kept coming apart when streching, etc. so had to look for more serious mats. Amazing quality, can't believe the value for money on this.

good quality mats, but slippery when using trainers
good quality material and shock absorbent enough, but cannot use safely when using trainers, they don't provide enough grip and you have to be careful you don't slip. I had to return them because of this

Disappointing
Didn’t fit with my other mats I have. The surface of the mat doesn’t have as much grip either, definitely slippier that the others I have and smells very chemically.Requested to return but you have to pay for shipping yourself and it costs more than the mat and they won’t collect unless there is something wrong with it. So annoying that I’m stuck with it now.
