Dental Water Flosser

My husband purchased this in December 2018, it is still working and he uses it daily and it is great! On the other hand, I ordered one in January and it failed just after the return window which was about five weeks. I have tried contacting the company with no help at all! I held onto it trying to troubleshoot all different things to make it work again – nothing has worked! Could someone please help me figure out how to get a hold of this company? While my husband’s product is working just fine and it is wonderful, I’m very disappointed in how I am getting no response with my exact same product which has failed!

It’s small and compact. All tools fit in the lid. The water pressure is extremely efficient! First time I used i, I brushed, flossed and picked first and the irrigated and a bunch more debris was flushed out! It works and for the price, I think it’s a great buy! It did seem to leak a little the first time i used it but then i realized that I didn’t push the tank all the way down.

power wash your teeth...the force be with you... a bit astonishing at first but once used to the water pressure (which is adjustable) it works great! Especially for our special needs son who won't let us floss. He had great fun being a water fountain. Hey, We are washable and it was fun for him to use so we got clean inbetween finally!

Although I thought this product was great at first, it stopped working after two weeks.UPDATE! As usual, Amazon has stood behind its valued customers and offered a refund. Amazon ROCKS!

Great product.

Like others have documented, the flosser stops working after a short period of time...for me it was 6 weeks...just outside the return window. There is enough documentation on this that I cannot recommend you purchase or you will be like me jumping through hoops to get my money back.

This works great for pulling food out of deep places and keeping gums more healthy. I would not recommend it for traveling though as it’s too big and bulky.

Mine stopped working about a month after I received it. Worked well when it was working.
