Stylish and Comfortable – A Must-Have for Screen Time
My husband has been using these blue light protective glasses for a while now and couldn't be happier. Not only do they look great, but they also have a comfortable fit that makes wearing them for long hours easy. He liked them so much, I ended up buying a second pair! Whether he's working at the computer or just scrolling on his phone, these glasses help reduce eye strain and keep him feeling fresh. Highly recommend!

Immediate notice with blue light eye strain
I've been trying to figure out lately why my eyes are constantly burning and feeling like it has a boulder under my eyelids until I discussed it with someone who had a similar issue in the past. Person suggested it may be eye straight due to blue lighting and how they got glasses similar to these to aid with said eye strain. These glasses definitely help. Lately I suffer from burning eye issues 5-10 minutes after looking at a screen. With these glasses, I was able to work at my desk for well over an hour and didn't suffer any burning eyes or experienced any phantom feelings of a foreign object under my eye. I'm able to work again. On top of the fair price of these glasses, they've been helpful for me to get back to work.Thank you

Great!
Great feel/fit, look/aesthetic, weight, build quality, and most importantly, great effect! Another nice thing is the protective pouch they come with - this thing feels very premium as well. I picked up the onyx amber and onyx amber max. Obviously the amber max have darker lenses, making them feel more appropriate for evening/nighttime use, whereas the regular ambers are perhaps better suited for daytime use. Although I'm not sure how important it is to have blue light reduction during the day. I think blue light from screens contributes to wakefulness and so if it's light outside then I don't see the need to prevent the wakefulness of blue light from screens. But also I think just looking at screens for prolonged periods can contribute to eye fatigue. So yea overall I'm 100% satisfied with both the onyx and onyx max and would highly recommend them. Thanks Gunnar!

Good product, but get dirty quickly and are hard to clean.
I have been using the Flux application for quite a while on all of my computers. I find it very helpful and it really helps me with headaches and falling asleep easier at night. Now, you may be wondering why I purchased the glasses if I liked Flux so much, and the reason is that I just notice Flux too much when watching sports, movies, etc on the computer at night. The Gunnar glasses have really helped me in this sense. I can now watch hockey games and can barely tell that I am looking through a yellowed lens. I typically wear the glasses all day, but some days I will not use them because I have some issues with the rear frame contacts rubbing my skull just behind my ears. Perhaps after a few months of use or as my hair grows out, this will go away. Another thing I wanted to note is that these are BIG. My head is by no means small, but these still look big on me. Here are my pros and cons for these Gunnars:Pros:-They do what they are supposed to... They ease eye strain which can help with many things. For me, it helps me get to bed easier after I have been working or playing on the computer for hours on end. It also helps prevent headaches if you have light sensitivity, which on occasion I do.-These are relatively cheap for this market of glasses (which admittedly is overpriced).-Great coverage of your eyes - you'd have to strain your eyes to look over the frames. I purchased this model because they seem to offer the greatest amount of coverage and somehow they are still the cheapest... Win - win, in my opinion.-Good styling and look.-Good fit (for me). They stay on your head well and don't slide off your nose, even when you have a small nose like myself.-Allows you more flexibility than just using the Flux application. You can now get the yellow/sepia effect even when watching TV or looking at non-PC/Phone screens.-Solid and sturdy construction. They are very solid and the lenses seem pretty durable. You don't have to worry about bending or breaking any of the nose contacts on these, as you would with the metal versions.Cons:-Get dirty very easily. Be prepared to clean these at least once a day. Often I find myself cleaning them two or three times a day.-Hard to clean. For some reason, no matter what I use or do to clean them, they still don't seem to get totally clean. They always seem to have streaks on them from the water I use to clean them. Perhaps there is a better solution...-Looks. I like the way they look, but I'm sure a lot of people do not.Let me know if you have any questions and I would be happy to answer them.
