I haven't been able to test run this pillow yet but it came in it's own bag ready to go! Very soft pillow and the memory foam seems functional. There was no odd smell and the color is as described. It seems like it will hold up well but this will be tested on my trip next week!

Traveled well and it was comfortable for the most part. If you have a thick neck, I don't recommend buying. It does have a button to secure the bottom part of the pillow which was something that I liked. The reason why I gave this product 4 stars is due to comfortability. If you like softer neck pillows, this isn't the item for you...

In October 2021, I purchased a blue Fabuday memory foam travel pillow. After four years of use, the memory foam insert split in the middle. On April 17, 2025, I purchased a black memory foam pillow to replace the blue one due to its quality for wear and tear. On April 19, 2025, I contacted Fabuday for a replacement insert for the blue pillow. Fabuday sent me a new blue memory foam pillow since inserts are not sold separately.I now have two new pillows and one with split foam for daily, nightly, and travel use. Thank you Fabuday for excellent customer service and a product that I can trust to use in my daily, nightly and travel usage.

Too hard for my liking... not comfortable on my neck or head. To be fair, this is the first time I bought one of these, so I'm not sure if they're all the same but it's very big, hard and tight, It gave me a claustrophobia feeling... I just didn't like it.**Edit** I changed my rating to 5 stars due to their customer service support.Once they read my review they reached out to me directly, apologized for any inconvenience and gave me a refund asap.In all the years I've used Amazon and all the products I've returned, this is the first company to ever do that. I am extremely impressed with the way they handled my situation.As I stated in my first review, this is the first travel pillow I have ever tried, so it might be a great pillow, but I would not know because I have nothing to compare it to. After all they did get many good reviews. That is the main reason I went with them to begin with.I also want to say I did not use it as a travel pillow, I used it as a pillow mostly for a neck gap because I am sleeping on a recliner at the moment due to a medical issue.So again, my review might be totally off and it could possibly be the best travel pillow out there! 😊

Not as supportive as the one I had before due to smaller size.

i bought this as a gift for my husband who had neck fusion surgery yeas ago. Just sitting in a chair and holding his head up can be painful. this neck pillow helps to support his head/neck and canceles that pain. He finds it a minor miracle!
