This is my first purchase package arrived on time not much to set up it looks great with the lights on or just by having for a table light ideal for small rooms. The down side for me is the price it feels cheap but looks expensive so for the price i would of been happy paying£15.00 pounds. PS the fan is quiet.

The media could not be loaded. Really happy with it. It looks lovely with the different colour lights. I find it a bit noisy but you get use to it. Smells lovely you can put it on for 1hr 3hrs and 5hrs. It makes the room smell lovely.

My diffuser stopped working on all the on and timer functions as many have reported as well, I gave mine a descaler flush and it’s back to normal and working fine, you can tell this needs doing when the Vapor becomes less visible.

It is a nice product, The aescetics are really good, I love the vibe it gives to the corner of the house, we use it at night to bring as well a colorfull space in the house. The customer service is great, so if there is any issue with your order they can help a lot.

Purchased this in June this year and loved it. It gave a really nice output of vapour, relatively quiet and has a nice option of glow light settings. Unfortunately a few months on and it's started leaking all over the place from around the seal. I kept the unit clean, always wiped it down before refilling and never overfilled it. Where it leaks is at the bottom where all the electrics are, so is really dangerous so have not been able to use it. Nothing looks worn, or torn anywhere around the seal so it definitely has a serious fault.As it was out of Amazon's 30 day return phase, I tried to contact SALKING through their online form with all the details, order number etc. and didn't get any reply or acknowledgement. 2 weeks later I used their after sales customer services email to chase up my query and to say I've had no response - nothing again for over a week! I sent a follow up email to say if you don't respond by my deadline, I will be contacting Amazon to complain and ask for advice and said I will write an honest, but negative review. That deadline passed, I contacted Amazon about the issue and typical Amazon, they requested the item back and are refunding me the full cost of the unit (which they didn't have to do, so thank you Amazon!)So, if you want this unit and want to take the risk of it being faulty in the near future, go ahead, but if you rely on good customer service (or any service at all!) DO NOT BUY THIS as their support is absolutely USELESS. I'm buying something else now as never going near this company again. Good luck!

Bought this diffuser back in 2021 and I’m still enjoying the benefits of the diffuser in 2024. It helps me sleep well at night and has this calming effect to it. The lights and essential oils add-on are the best functions for me. I recently needed to clear the air in my room and remembered this diffuser, dug it out, filled in the water tank with essential oils, turned it on and voila, it’s still functional. Money well spent!

Really loved the look of this diffuser on unpacking.Soon became disappointed as there is lots of green light even without light activated.Also, quite cumbersome to take the decorative cover off to add more water or oil, got in a mess more than once.Decided to return and purchase another type.
