Instant results and satisfaction
We purchased this unit for our camper as we spend a lot of time in locations where the water is very hard and it stains the fixtures and feels like it dry's the skin out. This was ready to use right out of the box and was very easy to set up and start using. We followed the simple directions and right away we noticed a difference in how the water felt. Highly recommend for the RV user.

Off the chart
Our water's hardness was off the chart on the test strip. This unit brought it to the other end.Had to contact seller with a question and the response was swift and complete.

What am I missing something?
I obviously didn't do my research very well. Soft water will read just as high in the TDS meter as regular tap water. Well live and learn. So far this softener seem great. If it doesn't stop the hard water spots then I'll build my own R.O. unit
