I bought these Philips Hue bulbs just hoping to dim the lights. Now I’m scheduling “Cozy Evening” and “Disco Kitchen” like I’m running a boutique hotel. Keep in mind, these bulbs are only white (no color), but they integrate with any other hue lights.The setup was easy. The app is smooth. The moment I said “Set the mood” and my living room melted into warm amber like a sunset in a rom-com… I knew I’d never go back.I made a setting called “Gentle Productivity” that somehow makes paying bills feel noble. My bathroom glows like a spa. My kids ask me what mood the hallway is in today. I don’t know, kids. Let’s find out together.Pros:– Stupidly easy to use– Instantly upgrades your home’s vibe– You’ll feel weirdly powerful (in a good way)Cons:– You may form emotional attachments to lighting presets– Regular bulbs now feel like betrayalBuy them. These work out awesome. I've been using them for a lot of years and never had to replace them. Expensive initially, especially the ones that change color.. but they last.

Practically all my lights in my house are "alexa enabled". I found the hue bulbs are the most reliable and easiest to set up. I have them in all the main rooms of the house.

Quality bulbs. My only negative is that they won’t connect to Alexa.

I tried other bulbs due to lower prices but I always had issues with either the bulbs hardware breaking or the app disconnecting/issues. Phillips hue bulbs ALWAYS work. I have some super old ones and they are still going strong. I never have to mess around with the app like I did with Sylvanias. The Sylvania bulbs (which I thought were a bargain) have been back in the box on a shelf for a year. WHen they would lose connection, they flashed colors. It was like a disco I couldn't turn off! Lol...pay the bit extra for the Hue bulbs...they're well worth it.

I absolutely love the Phillips lightbulbs. I first got introduced over seven years ago to the lightbulbs and they have never died. They weren’t perfect with the hub and so much better with connecting than other products. The lightbulbs are easy to set up in the app and take a seconds to do if you’re looking at turning your house into a smart house and utilizing lightbulbs. I highly recommend utilizing the Phillips products. We have yet to have any problems with any of the lightbulbs that we received. Amazon has great prices on his bulbs and would recommend the seller.
