We use these daily at our business! They are sturdy and great quality! Can wash them and reuse if need to for at home use.

I’m a small business and we can only afford to get exactly what we need. When we purchase cups, these cups are used to sell our products. We pay for exactly what we plan to sell. If we pay full price we should get all cups in good working condition. Well that wasn’t the case and we have multiple cups that don’t fit the lids we ordered with and cups that are cracked and deformed where they don’t stand up. Absolutely ridiculous that this is something we have to worry about.

I've ordered hundreds of these cups over the years and haven't had any problems until now. Several sleeves of these cups had a problem with the lids fitting over the lip of the cups. When the cups were made, the lips were flattened out making it impossible for the lids to fit. I am guessing that approximately a fourth of the cups had this problem that were in the box and you don't know until you have the beverage in the cup and the customer is waiting. So I have all of these bad cups and I won't give them to my customers. Now what?
