Q: I would like an answer from the manufacturer 3M only. Is this safe for metal pots and pans, i.e. no harmful materials?

Hello - Thank you for asking. This product is designed and tested for use on glass cooktops. We do not test for use on pots and pans.

Q: Does the wand make a lot of difference over using just the sponge?

I've only ever used the pads. I guess is something is really stuck on I may try the wand but it works fine just using the pads.

Q: No instructions for replacing the head. How is it done? Don’t want to break it.

Q: can this be used on a glass shower door?

I haven’t tried it on a glass shower door.. I don’t think the purple scrubber Can handle the soap and grime of a shower .. if you are looking for something that make it nice after cleaning and scrubbing then yes.. I hope this helps
