Q: The box says hand wash (in some 2019 reviews' pictures), but the Amazon page says dishwasher (2021). Has this changed, or is the page wrong?

Thanks for your inquiry. The Kraken 10 oz whiskey glasses are 100% dishwasher safe. However, we do recommend handwashing for 2 reasons, 1. glass clarity (dishwasher soap tends to leave spots on the design), and 2. because over time (100s of washes) the image may degrade slightly in some cases. Hope that helps!

Hand wash only!! DO NOT WASH IN DISHWASHER! THEY WILL FADE!!

Q: Have the quality of the glasses improved so that they are not exploding and cracking on first use?

I believe that these classes are an inferior product that Amazon needs to recognize, and reimburse anyone who has purchased these glasses. ( I purchased 2 sets) Recall them for being unsafe and get them off the market. There will be a lawsuit at some point when someone is injured by these classes breaking for NO REASON and Greenline and Amazon will be named in the lawsuit for their negligence and failure to act properly and responsibly.
