Love it,use it every day,did about 20 on lowest setting to start with then went back half hour later to do another 20 & so on through the day + night to get used to it.Do this for about a week then move it to level 2 & do ago for another week.Its gets easier once you get used to it

Very good fitness machine,not so high quality but is squeez the last drop of energy from your body. You must to work to see the results.

A Great Piece of kit to Tone my abs looking forward to working on it Consistently.. It's a Great little machine' it was abit expensive to be honest but I thought I'd treat myself..

The product is very good and you can feel it working your abs.It has different settings for the intensity, a great product.

I purchased mine direct. My gym form ab generator set up was easy first gentle glide acquainting myself with this machine was wow!!! Then I noticed my counter isn't counting it's still on zero, then I noticed a small round disc on my carpet which is the magnet. Because of this the counter isn't able to monitor my calories burned or count the amount of glides I'm doing, very disappointed by that considering the amount of money I've spent on this equipment. If I could get a replacement magnet that would be great, though it is rather bulky it should be flatter no wonder there are so many sensor faults with this equipment till they sometimes pop out themselves. Thankfully my sensor is still in tact I think, and connected. The apparatus unit works it's just the magnet that's popped out, due to a damaged peg the counter isn't working as a result, I have messaged the seller but I suspect their just fobbing me off, because until now I haven't received a replacement part/update.

I like the way you can feel it working on the Abs the higher the angle you chose or feel comfortable with.

too flimsy, works ok but you need to be careful getting on and off, it tilts due to flimsy construction

I love this ab machine and it does really work the abs!
