I have it just in case.
I purchased these as part of my computer course. Although I haven't used it yet, I have use the other PSU voltage checkers, and they seem to work alright. I will say, most of the laptops I've checked have had faulty wall warts, which were easily replaceable. Also fixed the problem, too.

This card is very useful to debug a non-booting PC or Laptop.

Will not fit 99% of laptops
These testers are not going to fit most if not all modern laptops.Dont waste your money, you need tester that plugs into memory slot made by russians.

Board I received was broken, but worse it's shorted somewhere, such that when connected to a system it prevents the machine from starting, and could cause damage to the pcie lanes or any connected equipment. It's clear that these boards weren't given basic q/a before being finalized or shipped.

Not for Desktop PCs. Not for PCIe x1.
The listing is misleading. It says "PCI-E", but...This little card is NOT for desktop PCs. As shown in the photo, it does not fit in the PCIe x1 slot found on most desktop PCs.It actually requires a "mini-PCIe" slot, which it only found on some laptops.
