I used to have a company come out and spray my house and lawn for bugs. It worked great, but it was $130 every 2 months. So, i started asking for invoices and kept track of what they were using. About 90% of the time, they were using Bifen IT liquid and this granular (for the lawn). So i canceled my contract with them and ordered this instead. Between this and the Bifen IT liquid, i am now spending about $80 per YEAR. For a normal sized house, i think this BIfen granular will last you about 1 season. I took over doing it myself about 2 years ago and we still have not seen a single spider inside or even on the house outside, and no ants inside our home, so it works brilliantly. I do, however, spray my house and use this granular once a month in the warm weather months, just because...Why not? Buy this and the liquid, do it yourself, and you won't regret it.

I didn’t think it will work that well we have terrible tiny flying insects noseeum. I have spread these in abandoned house next to me because we just had it cleaned from brush and it was unbelievable how bad they were there. Next day I saw 80% improvement it’s been 2 days and there is barely anything flying around. Awesome!!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:There are lots of products out there like this one but the price is fantastic for the good job it does It got rid of my gnat problem ants and so much more I highly recommend this product

After reading the package closely, and emailing the seller, we discovered this is only safe if you can keep your pet off the treated area until it dries. It does have to be watered in. Then you will need to wait for the area to be completely dry before it is safe for pets. Since we have feral cats on our property, this would be an impossible task. My next concern would be, what happens when it rains. Does the area need to be dry again before being considered safe? What happens if it rains for several days with no time for the area to dry? These are things to consider if you plan to purchase and have pets. I will say the return and refund process was not an issue and I appreciate the customer service I received.

If your lawn is yellowing soon after mowing/watering and forming brown, dead spots in the following days, you might have chinch bugs or ground beetle larvae; this stuff is the solution. After broadcasting and watering this product in, my struggling lawn has begun to bounce back in summer conditions after only 24 hours. I will definitely stock up on this.

Year after year I have spread every possible product from Lowe’s because of fire ants. It would make them disappear for about 2 weeks and then they all come right back. They bite me and my dogs. I finally had enough and called an exterminator. He said he could do my 1/2 acre lot for $300 but he’d have to come back in 3 months to do the second treatment for another $300. I asked him what would he be using and he said this product. He said that I couldn’t buy it and it was only sold to professionals. He said one 25lb bag was $60. He said it would take 3 bags. So after all that I decided to look for it. I found it. I spread it using only 2 bags. I haven’t seen one single ant in my yard! It’s been almost a month. I am sooooo happy with this product! I’ll definitely be buying more for next year!
