Delicious, fresh, moist and flavorful. I just placed another order!

Three stars, one for packaging, one for appearance, one for trying.The cake was stiff, and not comforting or enticing in texture, the frosting was the same.Though they were what I ordered, they were disappointing.Buche de Noel should be soft and fresh in texture with creamy interior frosting.I believe this would make it impossible to ship.If you have a fine local baker buy it fresh, even at twice the price it’s worth it.I froze mine already cut, to eat when I have nothing else.

This is the worst cake roll. Actually ,,, it’s the worst cake I have ever had. It literally fell apart when you cut it into tiny little pieces. It was like eating a bunch of crumbs.,, Dry old tasting, hardly any cream in the center.I am not exaggerating. Did you seriously make this cake with any eggs, butter, etc. When’s the last time you ate a piece of your own cake. ??? I would really really like my money back.It was a Thanksgiving embarrassment when I went to serve it for dessert. Thank goodness at least I have a decent pastry from the supermarket.

Unknowingly I put it in the fridge which shortened its lifespan of sweetness so we ate it faster. Loved every bite. Added ice cream for me

Cake was very dry and flavorless. Not worth the money

The cake was surprisingly moist and tasty considering it was shipped through UPS. Came fairly quickly but the packaging was not cold-protected(freeze packs). Good thing it wasn’t the middle of the summer or something where it would sit on my hot porch for a long time. Just make sure when you order something like this that you’re there when it arrives so you can get it into a fridge. Not as chocolatey as I would like but still good enough!

A little dry, but Delicious

This is a first-rate cake.It actually tastes better than it looks.It's good refrigerated..But at room temperature..it's best tasting.
