Hi, they have a 30 day return policy which will be honoured once you register your purchase online within 7 days. I would highly recommend the upgrade and would go as far as saying once you take the plunge your system will sound clear and louder once you set the gains correctly however I would recommend also upgrading your front door and under seat subs. I don't work for vibe. I have a 2013 5 Series with the basic 4 speakers and 2 6" inch subs which I added 2 front tweeters previously which made a difference before adding the amp. I upgraded my car and my partners G30 After adding this AMP I also bought the Vibeoptisound8BMW and Optisound4 (you can look on amazon and you can find a deal that will bag you the 2 Subs and 2 door speakers with 2 tweeters for less than £300 which is a bargain) If you do go down this route you system will sound powerful and awesome and actually better than the Harman Kardon as my partner just changed cars but her older 2011 5 series has that Harman system and my upgrade put it to shame. Go for it you won't regret it.
