Excellent service and product
The product was delivered promptly. By mistake, the advertised plug was missing in the package, however, the seller's response and action to replace it was excellent. To my satisfaction, the missing item was delivered within a day. The drops seems to elevated the problem. I would recommend the seller and the product.

Ear drops work well and you can feel it working in ear my only complaint did not come with earplug and it states comes with one free earplug

Didn't work for me
Unfortunatley this didn't work in my ears. I applied as directed but the liquid ended up getting blocked in my ears along with the water which was already blocked in there.

Didn't work, with other ear wax products you can hear them working, this you can't no matter how long you keep it it. Save your money
