Pace Mild Nacho Jalapeno Queso Cheese Dip, 15 oz Jar

This is an intense medium spice. I feel like I have a well adjusted pallette. I'm not sensitive to heat, but I don't chase the burn. For instance, I love a jalapeno pizza but once in a while I'll come across one that makes me sweat a little.The cheese sauce on chips alone burnt me up. Seriously, it's been 10-15 minutes and I still feel it.....not only in my mouth, but there are all sorts of weird sensations taking place. It's a decent nacho cheese, I'm not really mad at it, but never in a million years did I expect such an ordeal from a product labeled "medium". And I don't know what they use, but it's just cheese and heat. There is no pepper flavor which is odd.Heat is so subjective I'm not sure anyone is going to quite understand what just happened based on a random review, but for the love of all that is sacred, proceed with caution. This cheapo cheese in a can is no joke.

Great price, great flavor, fast delivery as usual the only reason I have it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it was a little to spicy for me but, I'm a baby when it comes to spicy so it might not be too someone else.

I didn't even know Pace made Queso dip until I was looking to see what Amazon had as far as Queso dips . After seeing it And checking my local grocery store app to see if the carry it (they did not ) I decided to order a jar and see how good it was . Honestly to me I think it was much better than the other brands I normally get , because its didn't have that overly salty taste , the I'm not real cheese flavor or I have no flavor to it taste . This Queso definitely has a great cheese flavor to it , it smelled wonderful, and it had a little zing to it as well. I will definitely order more of this Queso and will be ordering the other two flavors they had as well!

I picked this up on a whim during a chips-and-dip craving, mostly because it was microwaveable and I was already in my pajamas. The first bite was decent—warm, smooth, and had a mild kick that felt more like a suggestion than an actual jalapeño.It wasn’t bad, just…underwhelming. The texture got runnier with each stir, and the flavor kind of gave up halfway through the bowl. There’s a whisper of cheese and a nudge of spice, but nothing that really sticks with you. I kept eating it because I was already committed, but it turned into more of a background dip than anything I was excited about.It’s fine in a pinch if you need something fast and warm and vaguely cheesy, but I probably won’t buy it again unless I’m desperate or hungover.

One of the best queso’s I have purchased outside of a Mexican restaurant. Price is great too. Order often. We use for more than a chip dip in our house.

Just a little Spicy and very smooth and tasty

Let me begin by saying I grew up in the 80’s. My favorite Nacho Cheese is Frito Lay’s Jalapeño Cheddar followed closely by stadium nacho cheese which I’ve found at Sam’s. I didn’t want a whole tub from Sam’s so decided to try the really affordable can of Pace. Here’s my thoughts:Pros: Really affordable, fast delivery, actually has a little spice to itCons: A little runny, nacho flavor a little lacking, kinda blah. Might taste better if warmed I didn’t do that.Recommendation: Buy if hosting a party of kids and they’re 10yrs old or less. Or if you got volun-told to host a party and want to offend anyone with a reasonable sense of taste.
