Fantastic product

This pan is great. I originally baulked at the price of the thing, considering it's not like I bake every day, and at £50 for the pan and £20 for the import fees, I almost didn't buy it. Almost.I'm very glad I did, though, this thing is great. It feels like high quality, I was initially concerned it'd be something that'd dent or damage easily but it's obvious it's hard wearing and quite solid in construction, it's probably going to outlive me, actually. Comes with a spatula that fits perfectly into the pan, a wedge for separating (I wish it came with three wedges, though) the sections so you can divide it into half or quarters, and a silicone lid which will allow you to use this pan for more than just brownies, such as making bread.I've already used the pan to make both a batch of brownies and, using the wedge and silicone lid, one half a banana chocolate chip bread-cake and the other half an apple cinnamon bread-cake, and it all came out a treat! Perfect little pan, quite honestly. I have no doubt you could use it for savoury foods as well like lasagna, pasta bake, even meatloaf probably, but they have a separate pan for that which much more depth, which I'll probably buy at a later date! It's definitely up to the challenge though, I can tell.Some pointers, the entire pan holds about 1kg of brownie mix for an even fill (150ml of water and vegetable oil, plus two eggs will also be necessary most likely) but you can separate it into 250g or 500g sections using the wedge, if you wish! So if you're planning on buying brownie mix to go with it, there are your basic measurements. Remember - you don't fill the pan to the brim, but around 2/3 of the way! Other small things to note, everything but the metal pan itself is dishwasher safe.Definitely pleased with this purchase. It may have taken over a month to arrive, and cost quite a chunk for a mere pan, but it's definitely worth it.The only complaint I can muster for this (other than the price, considering it's considerably cheaper inside the US even before comparing USD to GBP rates) would honestly be incredibly petty and superficial - I wasn't a fan of the packaging, it was rather childish and not related to baking at all. This doesn't detract from the final product in any way though (you throw all that stuff away, after all!) so it's barely worth mentioning.Enjoy this pan!

High quality item that is great for lasagna as well as brownies. Easy to clean after using, and the fitted rubber lid is very handy when you want to store the contents. And of course, a great item for any fan of The Expanse to have and use (given it was featured in the show when Alex is serving some of his lasagna).

We love this brownie tray! It works exactly as we expected it to and we are enjoying it very much!

A definite must-have for bakers!!! Just buy it... yes it is pricey, but worth it. I was about to buy the Williams Sonoma version of this but it seemed pricier even without all of the added bonus accessories. Yes, the complete set of this is more, but you get way more for not a lot of difference in price. I bought the set with the lid, spatula and spacing/crevice stopper. This is a sturdy well built pan! I love the lid and the other accessories. However, in case the makers are viewing, it would be helpful for the spatula to be made in a size to actually fit inside the pan to help deter any other people/guests from using an actual sharp edge knife to cut a brownie (when no one else is looking, ha ha) that may not know that you shouldn't use a sharp edge on the non-stick surface! Many of us know this for sure, but to help alleviate any accidental cuts in the surface, a shorter spatula to keep with the pan (even covered) may be a wise choice. That is my only recommendation.... everything else about this pan is awesome! So glad I ordered it as a gift for my daughter who loves to bake.
