I used to work in a clean room and needed some clean room rated lint free wipes. These were exactly what I expected and needed.

I received one bag of "AAWipes Polyester Cleanroom Wipes". There are 150 in the bag.These are actual cloth wipes, Polyester. The cloth stretches a little bit but it doesn't tear or fray at all. They are White in color, a decent size and have no scent at all. The Polyester feels smooth / almost silky to the touch.I have been using these Polyester Cleanroom Wipes to clean off my phones & tablets. Not only the screens but the buttons, I have even taken off the back covers and lightly wiped out the battery compartments.It was really surprising how dusty it can get underneath those phone & tablet back covers. I also noticed some caked on dried food around the outside edges, I guess my habit of reading an ebook on my tablet while eating caused that.But these wipes are great because they don't leave behind any fuzz or lint particles like the paper towels I used to use did.

So many "microfiber" rags/wipes are being promoted, and they all leave micro fibers everywhere! Cleaning my glasses with those leaves it dirtier that when I started. These cleanroom wipes are the real deal. Just with they were larger.

I run a CMM lab, and our environmental controls are… not great. I deal with repeatability issues caused by dust and the occasional light oil aerosol almost daily. Microfiber towels aren’t always an optimal choice, as the fibers will sometimes hook around the very small (< 0.5 mm) carbide shafts on the styli and can be difficult to remove, and will usually leave a small amount of lint behind themselves. These wipes are excellent for removing surface contamination without catching, linting, or tearing, even on very sensitive surfaces, like highly spherical calibration artifacts. They also hold up under prolonged exposure to 99% isopropanol extremely well, which also makes them very useful for less sensitive cleaning tasks. I’ve never found one to cause any more measurable (with my instruments) surface contamination than a pure solvent rinse.

Lint free, but absorbency is just ok.
