I bought a large amount, 5lbs I think I kept it in the refrigerator, always sealing and removing all the air that I could, it lasted over 3 years and still tasted fresh.

Keep it in the fridge. But, it is awful tasting.

Our products last generally for a year or two, but it is best to reference the Best By Date. Our products often last beyond the Best By Date if stored properly.
