Good flavour. But, not american honey.
The flavour is mellow and sweet with floral notes. Not complex, but with enough notes to make a chord.Sadly this is a "product of Argentina." Being a Virginian, i bought it expressly because i thought it was Virginia honey. Mea culpa! I didn't read the label!
