Like soy sauce, but thicker, and a bit sweeter. Great in stir fry

This stuff tastes great. It is the only brand I will buy.

I reach for this to use in many recipes that call for soy sauce. The flavor is fuller and richer than regular soy sauce and it has less sodium than low-sodium soy sauce. I use it for cooking only as it is too thick to use as a dipping sauce. It is thick so that it can be combined with other ingredients without the mixture being too liquid such as a teriyaki glaze (50/50 soy paste and honey).

I love soy paste - I utilize it in a LOT of my cooking and dishes - more than one would think actually haha. I really enjoy the thickness/viscosity and the flavor

It was nice not to have to drive 20 miles to get this soy paste. It was also at the normal price.

i purchased, and i never use it because it is simply not for me... it does have a nice consistency, however i come to realize that "pure soy" is very different, more bbq'y than i had expected... its very good if you are into that sort of thing. for me though it was another mistake that sits in my cabinet unfortunately
